Job Description

As a Technical Content Writer at WebReinvent you'll research, write and edit content that includes blog posts and online articles. You will collaborate with multiple teams for developing content plans and then present your ideas to management for approval. We value each of our team members, so in addition to your writing skills, we look for enthusiasm and dedication from all of our team members.

Required Skills

Self-Motivated and willing to learn and adapt.
Well-Versed in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Google docs and Google Sheets.
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Competent to handle various tasks and work in a high-pressure environment.
Content: Owns and creates content (e.g. data sheets, info-graphics, solution briefs, white papers, user guides, web tutorials, web content, presentations, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, release announcements, Case Studies) to articulate the benefits of the product to the world.
Partner with the Product Management team to communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team.
Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
Understand product, target market, pain points, and use-cases.
Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Bachelor's degree in english will be considered
